 Panner Butter Masala Recipe 







 









Panner Butter Masala is very delicious dise .
This near perfect combination of spices and  creaminess of its gravy make it simply to be serve the India bread.
Ingredients -
1- 250 grams paneer (cottage cheese),            cut into cubes.                                                    2- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped.     3- 3 medium-sized tomatoes, pureed.             4-  2-3 tablespoons butter.                                  5- 1 tablespoon oil.                                              6- 1  teaspoon cumin seeds.                                7-   1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste.                8- 1/2 cup fresh cream.                                      9-1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.                         10-1 teaspoon red chili powder.                      11-1 teaspoon garam masala.                            12- 1 teaspoon coriander powder.                13-    1 teaspoon sugar (optional)Salt to taste 14- 1/2 cup waterFresh coriander leaves for garnishKasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), optional

How to make paneer butter masala 
 
1-Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2-Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3-Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
4-Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Stir well.
5-Pour in the tomato puree and cook the mixture for about 8-10 minutes until the oil starts to separate.
6-Add the paneer cubes and mix gently.
7-Lower the heat and stir in fresh cream. Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
8-Add garam masala, salt, and sugar (if using). Stir well
9-Cook for another 5-7 minutes on low heat. Add Kasuri methi for extra flavor.
10-Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a drizzle of cream. Serve hot with naan, roti.
During there visits to restaurant , most Indian loves to eat their panner Butter Masala with butter naan, tanduri plain kulcha with sliced, onions ,carrots, cucumber and lemon.At home we simply eat it with plain soft roti and jeera rice.
